  • Digital products (eBooks, guides) via Gumroad or direct delivery

Physical Products (ECommerce Orders)

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Personal hygiene or intimate items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or made-to-order travel kits
  • Clearance/sale items (unless defective)

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • Item shows signs of use
  • Packaging is damaged or missing
  • Item is returned after 30 days but accepted at our discretion

3. Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Downloads)

All digital products (including those sold via Gumroad or directly):

  • Are non-refundable and non-returnable
  • Once purchased and delivered/downloaded, no refunds will be issued

Exception:
Refunds may be granted only if:

  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible
  • You contact us within 7 days of purchase

  • Hotels, restaurants, and travel bookings

Important:

  • We do not sell or fulfill these products/services directly
  • All purchases made via affiliate links are subject to the refund and return policies of the respective third-party platform

We are not responsible for:

  • Product quality
  • Shipping issues
  • Cancellations or refunds of affiliate purchases

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your card issuer/payment provider
  3. Contact your bank

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • They are defective, damaged, or incorrect

To request an exchange:

  • Email us at info@shaktipanda.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Send the product to: delivering address as mentioned in the parcel or email for physical address location.

8. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping cost may be deducted

We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service
  • Purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

9. Gifts

  • If marked as a gift: store credit may be issued
  • If not marked as a gift: refund will go to original purchaser
